Hello and Welcome!

Our board would like to welcome you to another great year at Warburg School! We hope that everyone is settling in nicely. We wanted to take this opportunity to reach out to new and returning Parents/Guardians and let you know a little bit of who we are and what we do.
Warburg School Council is a group of parents that get together once a month with other members of the school and community to simply discuss what is currently happening at the school and what we would LOVE to see in the school going forward. The purpose of this meeting is to share information, give you a place to ask questions, contribute ideas and keep you informed. It is a great way to find out what is happening within the school. Our current board is full and you do not need to come to every meeting. There is no pressure to take a role or volunteer, we simply want you to enjoy an informal, friendly information session on what is happening at the school. It is as simple as that; we encourage all of you to attend and look forward to hearing some new ideas and getting some fresh feedback.
The Warburg Parent School Society is a group of parents that coordinate some of the fundraising efforts at the school. This is where most of the fun happens. We brainstorm, plan and coordinate different events throughout the year to help raise money for our school. Some of our most recent fundraising has gone towards new playground equipment, a K-12 in-school field trip, bike racks, jerseys, a kiln, chrome books, K-4 Mary Lambert in school presentation, and the new robotics program. We are very excited to focus our fundraising efforts this year towards building an Outdoor Classroom and supporting more in-school fun for our kids.
We wish you and your child(ren) a great year ahead and would love to hear any ideas that you may have to make our school even better.
