Warburg School would like to congratulate Janet Sarvas on receiving the 2019 Superintendent’s Service Award of Excellence.  The “Superintendent’s Service Award of Excellence” is presented in recognition of contributions to an individual or group within Black Gold School Division that demonstrates outstanding spirit and excellence and inspires others to perform their best.

Janet is a vital member of our school who works behind the scenes at our school everyday! She creates a welcoming environment for all of our staff and students in the heart of our school, our beautiful library. Students, staff and guests are always welcomed with a smile and the contagious enthusiasm that she shares with all of us. She has the gift of making each of us feel important and cared for, staff and students alike. Janet inspires us and keeps us informed of all the exciting activities taking place at our school. She does this by managing our school website brilliantly, and keeping our social media buzzing with updates, reminders and encouragement. Janet is always striving to bring new ideas to our school and shares her kindness and patience in all she does. We are so very happy that her hard work and love for our school has been honoured with the Superintendent’s Service Award of Excellence! We love you Janet!
